When our first vacation rental home launched as a short term vacation rental in 2010, it was one of the first, large-sized vacation rental homes available in the Walla Walla area. Over the past 14 years, this home has been home base for countless birthdays, family holidays, wedding parties and many other special gatherings, and we've learned a thing or two about hosting!   

After a shift in lifestyle and settling into the slower pace of living in Walla Walla, we decided to be 100% hands-on with management of our beloved home. With many years in a related customer service industry (real estate, for 30+ years) & direct experience with vacation rental ownership, we have taken the wheel and operate as "Arrow Haven Vacation Rentals". Our passion is being good stewards of older historic homes (one may say we are obsessed), being ultra organized, and truly caring about the guest experience, from the moment of the initial booking, to the guests' arrival and amenities inside the home which make their stay the most comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We aim for the best level of service for our guests, and other homeowners! 

Walla Walla's wine and tourism industry has grown exponentially over the past decade (and oh, how has it grown!). When choosing a company name, we chose a name that would embody the spirit of the area's growth, Arrow Haven (Vacation Rentals). The Arrow, representing dedication to upward momentum and a commitment to innovation and forward thinking. And Haven, because Walla Walla is our Haven, a slice of heaven that we call home.  

We are very hands-on with our Vacation Rental home & are able to offer our unique perspective on running a short term rental home. Over the past 14 years, we've purchased all decor & furniture for our home, stocked all supplies for housekeeping (cleaning supplies & all linens), and performed (or arranged for) regular maintenance. With automation of guest bookings, messaging, and nightly pricing, this leaves a generous amount of time for "hands on" management, from inspecting your home pre and post guest check in, to making sure the housekeeping staff is stocked with cleaning supplies and extra linens. We are very organized in our approach to management, highly communicative, and review bookings and nightly rates & occupancy weekly to insure we are maximizing booking potential.

Additionally, we offer services for new homeowners, which include: onsite furniture and decor design, ordering & assembly; supply and linen ordering & organization of all back-stock and supplies needed to launch a successful vacation rental.
